Terms & Conditions (T&C)
1. **Service Agreement:** All VPS and related services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% uptime, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary interruptions. Reasonable notice will be provided for all planned service disruptions.
2. **Acceptable Use Policy (AUP):** Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, including hosting malicious software, DDoS attacks, or spam. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
3. **Billing and Refunds:** Payments are due on renewal. 7-day money-back guarantee applies for new sign-ups (excluding domain fees). After 7 days, services are non-refundable.
4. **Data Integrity:** Users are responsible for backups. We perform regular backups but are not liable for data loss.
5. **Governing Law:** Agreement governed by local laws. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
